Kelly Dancy works with clients to fulfill all legal needs pertaining to estate planning, asset protection, and business succession planning, including the preparation and implementation of all estate planning and corporate documents, special needs trusts, marital property planning, and probate and trust administration. She focuses her practice on individuals, families, and small business owners.
A native of Indianapolis, Kelly graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School.
Kelly is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Association of Women Lawyers, for which she serves on Community Outreach Committee Chair. She is a volunteer for the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and the Wills for Heroes Foundation. In addition, Kelly is a board member for the Milwaukee Chapter of Financial Service Professionals; President of the St. Mary’s College Milwaukee Alumnae Club; committee member for the Milwaukee Tennis Education Foundation gala; and an active member of the Junior League of Milwaukee, where she serves on the finance committee.
