Deanne L. Robison assists clients with estate planning, and also trust and estate administration. This includes the preparation and execution of wills, revocable trusts, marital property agreements, financial and health care powers of attorney and HIPAA authorizations. Additionally, she assists clients with probate administrations and counsels trustees and beneficiaries in all issues of trust administration.
Deanne was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Deanne attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in Cleveland, Ohio.
Deanne is licensed in Wisconsin and Ohio.
Deanne is a frequent speaker and lecturer for various groups, discussing estate planning, estate and trust administration and guardianship law. As a volunteer, Deanne participates in various poverty alleviation programs, which provided meals, housing and advocacy for those in need, at St. Malachi Center and the West Side Catholic Center.
Deanne is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the State Bar of Ohio, the Association of Women Lawyers (AWL), the American Bar Association and the Waukesha County Bar Association. In addition, she is a volunteer for the Will for Heroes Foundation and the Hunger Task Force.
